The stay was comfortable and I would stay here again. The room was cool with a great modern western style bathroom, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Its staff were superbly friendly and amicable, I felt very relaxed.

Never had a better trip before now, everything was great. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was gorgeous with fruit, toast and also juice. The hotel's location was great so close to the jungle.

Relaxing hotel with plentiful breakfasts and cool rooms, that's what we loved. The room we had included climate control, flat-screen television and tea/coffee making equipment. Every member of the staff was very very nice. Location: the property was next to the Tanjung Puting national park and City centre and other restaurants. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautiful grounds and spacious rooms were impressive. The hotel itself was spacious and had plenty of amenities. We loved the breakfast options and the super large comfy bed. Being close to convenience stores and restaurants was a huge plus. The onsite restaurant had amazing food. The location was also very convenient for our klotok pick up and drop off. Moreover, being close to the airport made our travel smooth. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. it was a clean and top-notch experience.

The location was perfect for starting our Orang Utan Houseboat tour. The hotel was clean, simple, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the attached restaurant offered great quality food at reasonable prices. The room was functional, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. We particularly enjoyed the fully functional WLAN, which was very helpful. Check-in was easy and the hotel was easily accessible from the airport. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The AC worked like magic in the room, keeping us cool in the tropical heat. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was large and spotlessly clean, with a comfy bed for a great night's sleep. Free water was a nice touch. The staff, who spoke excellent English, went above and beyond to assist us, organizing taxi rides and even a same-day laundry service. The hotel's beautiful garden and grounds were a pleasant surprise. The location was pretty good, with shops nearby, a pharmacy next door, and a Pizza Hut across the street. our stay was super satisfying and convenient, especially for our trip to the national park the next day. It only took about 10-15 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. There were also other dining options like Oikos Cafe in the vicinity. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the hotel had excellent amenities such as free wifi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception. The on-site restaurant and coffee shop were a great convenience, and the laundry service was quick and efficient. Our room had a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, and the express check-in/-out made everything easy. The children's buffet was a nice touch, and the non-smoking, air-conditioned rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel doesn't allow pets, which was a plus for us.

After a 4 days 3 nights tour in Tanjung Puting, Arsela Hotel was exactly what I wanted. The hotel is fancy and offers a nice relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and is suitable for travelers coming from or going to the Tanjung Puting tour. The gardens are lovely with tables to sit and fountains. The staff is helpful, and the hotel provides tea, coffee, and complimentary water in the rooms. a very satisfying stay!
