Had a nice stay here! The staff were super helpful and even helped arrange our Tanjung Puting trip. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast offered a good variety of Indonesian food. Only downside was the slightly outdated decor and being a bit far from town.

I enjoyed the spacious rooms with decent air conditioning. The breakfast offered a nice variety of Indonesian food, which I appreciated. Staff trained us well and were helpful with arranging a taxi when we checked out. However, the location felt a bit far from the main part of town for walking, which could be inconvenient. The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, making it difficult to stay connected while there. Workers did their best to fix it, but the equipment seemed outdated. I'd recommend the hotel for its comfort, but hope they address the Internet issue soon.

architectural interest, spacious rooms, functional bathrooms
The cleanliness standards need serious reconsideration!!! Stains on walls, musty AC, and hard beds certainly detract from the experience. Additionally, poor Wi-Fi makes it difficult to stay connected!!!

Wicked comfy stay! The room was super clean with AC that worked great. The staff was friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast had so many delicious options, I couldn't believe it! The place has a nice garden too. I just wish it was a bit closer to the town center, but still a good spot overall.

We enjoyed our time here, especially the super spacious rooms that fit our family perfectly. The breakfast buffet had tons of Indonesian options, which was a hit with the kids. The hotel's garden provided a serene spot to relax after our Arut River cruise.
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from a kids' play area.
